*Please note that collecting a bike from our London store will add up to 2 weeks on top of the stated order processing time, as we ship your built bike from our Bristol workshop to our London store.

If you collect from us, your bike will be ready to ride. If you choose courier delivery, you will need to carry out a simple and easy assembly.

Returns:

All of our bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. You can test ride the bike in this period, but it needs to be retuned in clean and sellable condition, in it's orginal packaging.
