Ordering a bike for home delivery?
We've been making and delivering bikes to customers all over the world for 10 years. We've developed our own specialist packaging and bike box, made from recycled cardboard and minimal plastic, ensuring your bike arrives in perfect condition.

Collection Options (UK only)
If you are based in the UK, you can also opt for in-store collection in Bristol and London.
Collect from our London Store - £30
Choose to collect your bike from our store on Brick Lane, in East London.
Please note that collecting a bike from our London store will add up to 2 weeks to the stated order processing time, as we ship your built bike from our Bristol workshop to our London store.
Your bike will be 100% ready to ride out the door.
Collection appointments available between 11:30am - 6:30pm, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please book a collection appointment after you have received this notification.
Collect from our Bristol Workshop - Free
Collect your bike directly from our Bristol Workshop for free. Your bike will be 100% ready to ride out the door.
Collection appointments currently available between 10am - 5pm, Weekdays. (Closed on Bank Holidays).
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please book a collection appointment after you have received this notification.
Further Information
All of our bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund.
We offer a 30 day return period for all our bikes because the best way to know if the bike is right for you is to get out and ride it. Please note that it's easiest to return bikes directly to us at one of our stores. If this isn't possible, then we can arrange a collection from your address.
You can test ride your bike within this period, but please make sure to take good care of it. If you decide to return it, make sure it's clean and in it's original packaging and box.
