*Please note that collecting a bike from our London store will add up to 2 weeks on top of the stated order processing time, as we ship your built bike from our Bristol workshop to our London store.
If you collect from us, your bike will be ready to ride. If you choose courier delivery, you will need to carry out a simple and easy assembly.

Returns:
All of our bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. You can test ride the bike in this period, but it needs to be retuned in clean and sellable condition, in it's orginal packaging.

My Temple bike came in impeccable condition, well tuned and really easy to assemble. I especially loved that it came with perfectly aligned breaks (mechanical disc) and a beautifully wrapped bar tape! The steel feels really compliant and alive, it gives a steady yet playful ride feel. I can't wait to do more riding on it!
Teresa was lovely & very helpful. The layout of the store is beautiful. The bike I chose is wonderful, lightweight, smooth riding. Although I did have difficulty trying to attach my bike rack to the back inserts and had to settle fitting them alternatively. Overall I’m pretty happy. The bike is beautiful and the staff changed up the handlebars to match the colour theme aesthetics. Thank you so much
In August 2025 I met a Temple bike enthusiast who convinced me to look further into Temple bikes. At the time I was looking for a gravel bike to compliment my City bike. I arranged a test ‘drive’ from the Ashton workshop and took the bike along the path to Pill. After 5-10 minutes I was converted and on return to the workshop I placed an order. I’ve had the bike for 6 months and I’m very pleased with it. The gearing is precisely what I need for my off road riding and the braking is superb giving me the confidence i need.
A fantastic bike and experience overall. I purchased with my companies cycle to work scheme and Temple couldn’t have been more helpful! Such a great team. The bikes is very nice, the nicest bike I’ve owned. It’s really well thought out and the quality is exceptional. I can certainly see this bike “becoming vintage” as Temple say. Just go for it, you won’t regret it!
