A lovely rich brown leather bar tape! As expected from Temple it has that timeless look, especially when paired with their frame. It was easy enough to install and forgiving enough for those like me that aren’t professionals and need to re-wrap a section or two.
Really good heavy duty quality leather bar wrap and matching Bristol seat. Refurbished this old Early 80’s schwinn rescued from the local tip. Purchased leather bar wrap and Bristol seat from temple, was so pleased I did as they look and perform great on this old bike. Liked them so much I purchased more for other projects too. Well, i'd bought a new Temple saddle so thought i'd go all out and get some matching tape. It's got a great feel to it, smooth and gently cushioned but reasuring grip too. There was plenty on the roll — i did a figure of 8 around the break levers and still had about a foot left over.

Need some bar tape to replace the tape on a child's buggy after the mice in the garage nibbled the original tape. Couldn't find any matching tape at the bike shops that normally use. Until I found Temple on a Google search. The brown leather tape did the job.

Hi, a nice leather tape/grip. Lovely brown colour and the wooden bar ends are a nice finish. One 50k so far and looking fine. Good vibration dampening and grip combined with nice looks.

Great bar tape The tape is great quality, feels really premium and goes perfectly with my Brooks saddle. It was also easy to apply, so all in all I'm very happy!
Best leather tape I've used This is a very high quality tape. It's in one complete length (some competitors are made up of several sections stitched together), it's long enough even when you cut off a bit to wrap round the brake lever clamp and add extra padding underneath. That's a matter of personal choice, some prefer a thinner wrapping and would use this tape on its own (it's a good thickness). It's nicely tapered at the edges and well finished. It looks really good on the bike and, after a while mellows to a wonderful shade. Cheaper than many leather tapes and, despite this, the best I've ever used. Can't recommend this highly enough. Brilliant!

Temple Cycles - Leather Bar Tape Wrap Recommended this tape over Brooks Leather tape. Arrived quickly and well presented. The recommendations for fitting are different to a usual bar tape wrap. Starting from the center of the bars and wrap to ends, without taping the start! This has made for a much cleaner looking wrap and looks very stylish. Tape has stood up to a few hundred miles of cycling so far. A little wipe of Proofide and looks good still. Matched my Brooks saddle and with the titanium frame and tan wall tyres, looks excellent!

Lovely Bar Tape I bought this tape for my 1980s Dawes Galaxy. The leather has a lovely feel to it and unlike other brands appears to be one long continuous strip of leather rather than shorter lengths spliced together and it's not that much more expensive. The light brown is a perfect match for my 'honey' coloured leather saddle.
